Madden 24 - Buffalo Bills Playbook
The Buffalo Bills playbook could be really solid in Madden 24 mainly because of Gun Trips TE and Gun Y Off Close (U Trips). Their Y Off Close will be better because Skinny Posts inside the numbers are much more valuable this year. Honestly same reason for why their Trips TE could be amazing this year.

Litez's Top 3 Favorite Formations in Buffalo Bills Playbook Madden 24
Gun Y Off Close - This is a great formation no matter if you're using this book or the Pats book. But for this one I am excited about Slot Out and Cross Slot Post mixed with everything else. Just needs a Slot App to the iso left WR for Corners and Posts and this is all the way good to go.
Pistol Open Flex- Trips TE and Y Off Close are the clearcut 2 best in the playbook. Was hard for me to pick a 3rd so I went with 1 thats found in only 2 playbooks (Giants). It was pretty good last year and with the run being better in Madden 24 , and if people stop complaining about RPOs for once, then maybe this could be a nice mix in. I always thought it was cool to have a RPO auto motion wheel with 2 run plays using the same motion.
Gun Trips TE - Arguably the Best Trips TE in Madden 24. Its this or the Pats imo. Love that it has a Read Option. Love that it has Deep In, Bills Y Post, Curl Flat, and PA Boot Shot could be tuff also. Very Very strong formation.

- Pistol Open Flex Close
A very unique compressed formation. Was in M23. Has short corner, C route, X Seam has an in breaking fade that can be tough vs. zone or man. Certain motions can really misalign man. Also, has the RPO read flat wheel. A fun off meta scheme
- Y Off X Close
A much more condensed version of Patriots U Trips. Cross Slot Post and Go Double Post are two unique plays. Could be used as a full scheme. Missing a post from solo side WR. There are better formations out there, and if you’re going to run this, might as well use the Pats version
- Trips Te
Probably the strongest formation in this book. Trips TE is always a hard formation to defend. This year, it may be the most meta scheme. PA Boot Shot has multiple in breaking routes. All three trips WR’s are on a crosser or skinny post. These routes, based on early feedback, seem to be some of the better ones against man. Also ways to beat zone with the TE on a streak to pull deep zones away. PA counter Go always good, with a crosser and the slot WR on that glitchy out route. Bills Y Post could be an underrated play, depending on the TE Post. If that post can beat man and get under a middle third, it has real potential. Plus, a post and corner going the same direction. Drive post also has a post and corner. The use of motion can really create headaches for a defense in this scheme. Curl flat, Deep In and Short WR Short Post all offer a different depth post from a different Wr, which will make it harder for your opponent to game plan. Also, with Curl Flat, you have the WR Post and HB angle which work great together. This is one of the better Trips sets in the game. Also has HB counter, RPO and inside zone to complement a good pass game. Early Meta Favorite ***
Overall Thoughts: This book has Gun Tight, but it only has 6 plays. It does have a nice Gun Bunch. Main concern is that you can’t block the te and max pro without using motion. Early thoughts are while it has some nice plays, not being able to block is already putting you behind the 8 ball. Other than the Trips TE, there just isn’t enough here to consider this as a realistic option
