Madden 24 - Philadelphia Eagles Playbook

The Eagles and Colts have the same playbook. Both are really strong Madden 24 playbooks for mobile QBs. As it has a lot of read options and lead read options. Their Bunch Offset and Gun Bunch Str Nasty will work very good together.

Gun Bunch Offset - I'm not usually a Bunch player but I think this is going to be really solid this year. You can max protect easily again, that Read Option will be great, and Double Post should a top Madden 24 play. Losing Mesh Post hurts no doubt but still a great set.

Gun Bunch Str Nasty - I think RPO Read Bubble could be a real problem with a mobile QB and improved run game. Y Trail and PA Bunch Shot are great plays that compliment each other well. Going from this and Bunch Offset will be a good scheme in Madden 24.

Gun Tight Y Off Wk - I'm digging Dig HB Option, WR Under, and Post Wheel Drag a lot to go along with the Lead Read Option

Pistol U Off Stack

Once a HRM QB drops, this could be a fun off meta scheme. You can motion the RB out to the weak side and he’ll line up semi-compressed (will get slot WR routes). DBL posts can attack the middle of the field. PA corner dig has a really glitchy corner route from compression. PA boot has crossers and an outside fade. Overall, this is a fun little 3x1 scheme once some route apprentice’s get in the game.

Trips TE Offset

PA Crossers allows you to attack the middle of the field vertically. Can always hot route one of the WR’s to a short in, hitch etc. Levels is always a nice way to flood the middle of the field and the TE side later on. Very effective against zone. Verticals is always a back breaker in trips sets vs. zone. Very easy to bomb someone if they don’t know what they’re doing.

Bunch Offset

Probably the best formation in this book, considering you can block the TE. PA Read could have legs considering in breaking routes seem to be better than M23. You have a crosser and a deep S post from the bunch side. Double Post is probably one of the best plays in the entire game. Great against man and zone. Drag the point WR and it’s really hard to stop. Curl Flat offers a deep corner and Zspot offers a more shallow corner. Multiple depths will be harder for your opponent to set zone drops. Most of these plays are heavy bunch flood concepts. Has flood, verticals, and for the run game, inside zone split.

Bunch Strg Nasty

Run game has inside zone, the toss and the RPO READ. One click over from Bunch Offset, that could be real tough for someone to defend. Mesh Flat Spot can attack the middle of the field as well as the bunch sideline with a corner to the outside WR, a table by the RB, and a drag coming across the field. Bunch Shot attacks vertically. Y Trail is the best pass play. Wish the solo WR post was a little sharper. Middle third may play that so be careful. Lots of ways to set up that play though.

Overall Thoughts: Bunch to Bunch Nasty is the move here, if you’re considering running this book. I do think that could be viable since this bunch has quite a lot (mesh post is gone). There are better options out there.
